THE FRAME 

 

Coated steel frame that is welded and undercoated, creating excellent stability and a corrosion free ride. Compatible with popular aftermarket E-Z-GO® TXT® body kits and accessories. This chassis is one of the coolest and easiest to set up for dealers of all skill levels.  The chassis itself carries a one year warranty. 

 

MOTOR AND CONTROLLER 

 

The true differentiator.  Each chassis is equipped with Navitas’ 5KW AC motor and 600amp controller.  This is a very performance-oriented system that is also very customizable for both dealers and end users.  This combo provides performance that is far superior to other motor/controllers on the market and gives users the ability to set their cart to their desired performance standards at any time with the push of a button.  What this means for you, the dealer, is that you now have a product that can be tailored to ANY driver’s needs.   

 

BRAKING  

Mechanical rear drum brakes, similar to the brakes found on most Club  

Car® models. 

 

 

STEERING  

Rack, steering box, column and all hardware included.

ON THE FLOOR 

Includes both gas and brake pedals, along with a galvanized floor board, a firewall board, and floor mat. As an added bonus, you also get aluminum rocker panels with each chassis. 

 
 

 

THE DASH 

 

Plastic dash with integrated FNR switch, ignition switch and state of charge meter. 

   

 

BATTERY TRAY 

 

Each chassis includes a battery box, which accommodates up to (6) 8v lead acid batteries. This does include 2 gauge battery cables, the most water resistant wiring harness (RXV® style), and a voltage reducer. The motor and controller are compatible with lithium batteries as well.  Preset battery settings are available within the controller for most current Lithium battery offerings.  Simply drop in the power plant of your choice and select the corresponding profile in the controller settings.  Batteries are not included. 

 

 

 ON THE FLY (OTF) CONTROLS AND THE NAVITAS APP 

 

Game changing technology at your fingertips.  Each Navitas chassis comes equipped with a 600 amp controller that emits a bluetooth signal allowing users to tie it directly to the Navitas app on their phone.  In the app, you have the ability to adjust up or down for your desired performance.  Additionally, end users have the ability to adjust the cart down even further, should they want to accommodate a new driver or one whom they do not want to have access to all of the carts performance capabilities.  Likewise, these settings can be locked at any time to ensure that another user can’t modify the cart from your desired settings.  This gives you, the dealer, a product offering that can be custom tailored to ANY of your customers at any time.    

 

 

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THE ASSEMBLY? 

 

Final assembly really boils down to how you want the cart built.  Customer A may want options that Customer B does not.  Here is a general list of what MOST dealers use to complete their builds:
